Match Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded to the user's account.
• If a match is rescheduled, all related bets will be handled in accordance with fbjje's policy.
• fbjje shall not be held liable if a match is suspended or cancelled due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.

Fbjje is always committed to ensuring fair betting. If any odds are found to be incorrect or abnormal due to a technical error, fbjje reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits will be credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact support.
• Only deposit using a mobile banking number registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing may take anywhere from 15 minutes up to 24 hours.

• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• For suspicious transactions, fbjje may place a hold on withdrawals until verification is complete.

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and can be claimed once.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered at least 10 times (wagering requirement).

• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

Fbjje may temporarily or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• If any part of these rules and terms is violated.
• If identity verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If the user requests to close their own account.
• In the case of voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
